Tomato ‘Marmande’


Of large size, slightly crushed at the poles, ribbed and of good consistency, the Marmande tomato generally has a tasty and slightly crunchy taste. Cultivable both in the greenhouse and in the open field, the Marmande is a rustic plant, characterized by flat ribbed fruits, particularly resistant to diseases. Main purpose of cultivation, is the prevalent use in cold dishes, from appetizers, salads and side dishes but it is good to taste even cooked or in the form of sauce.
