Apricots

Native to northern China, apricot is one of the most complete and healthy fruits. Especially delicate, the apricot plants are kept under 3.5 meters to facilitate harvesting of the fruit. Their seasonality is around May, June and July.

The abundant presence of vitamin A and C and mineral salts such as potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron and magnesium, counteract the evolution of anemia, also acting against exhaustion while, the action of carotenoids contained in apricots, protects the retina, one of the most delicate parts of the eye, fighting inflammation.
